DAY 1                                                                                          

​Meet in Rome                                                                             Dinner

We meet at the beautiful, centrally located Hotel to welcome you to Rome. Once checked in and rested, we will take a leisurely walk to view some of the most famous and ancient icons in Rome- including The Victor Emanuel II Monument and The Forum. Enjoy a tasty evening aperitivo overlooking the Colosseum, then stroll via the illuminated Forum ruins after dark.

DAY 2

This is an amazing day full of the best sights in Rome. Starting with the famed Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain, we’ll take you in to view the ancient grandeur of the Pantheon. Next, enjoy the best coffee in Rome at the world famous Saint Eustachio. Then we’ll stroll the beautiful fountains and classic architecture of The Piazza Navona before lunching like the locals at our special secret Cucina.

DAY 3                                                                                          

​Rome – Florence                                                  Breakfast / Lunch

After a breakfast at your hotel, we set off into the green countryside beyond Rome on our way to Florence. An amazing array of Medieval villages dot the hillsides along the drive. The Classic Hotel in Florence awaits you – it is the epitome of Italian Villa style accommodation. Set in an elegant tree-lined street, it is a quick and easy stroll to the amazing and ancient bridges leading into central Florence.

 

Lunch is at a traditional Fiaschetteria Toscana- deliciously regional cuisine. Then take the rest of the day to explore all of Florence -shops, cafes, museums, art and architecture – everything is right here for you to enjoy. Dine late into the evening at any of the many restaurants which are all within easy, level walking distance back to the Classic Hotel.

DAY 4

Wake up and join us for a morning walk along one of the most beautiful Via’s in Florence. Rising into the lush green hills behind the Classic Hotel, this scenic 3klm return walk winds it’s way past traditional villa estates and parklands to the spectacular Piazzale Michelangelo.

 

Coffee at the crest of the hill will include one of the most panoramic vistas of all Florence. Then take the rest of the day to make Florence your own – do anything you like! See our full “playlist” of things to do, and customise your day to be as busy or as relaxing as you like.  Then join us as the summer sun sets along the river Arno for a refreshing and tasty aperitivo.

DAY 5

Casually start your day with breakfast at the hotel before we set off into the Tuscan Hills to Verrazzano Castle – one of the most charming historic buildings in Tuscany and located in the heart of Chiantishire. This picture-perfect vineyard hosts lunch for us today along with a memorable tour of the winery which dates back to the 7th century. Sample and/or purchase regional produce from the winery, or simply breathe in the stunning scenery.

 

DAY 6                                                                                         

Florence                                                           Breakfast / Dinner

Today is a full day to enjoy Florence and the Tuscan region in exactly the way you choose. Would you love a cooking class to help recreate Tuscan dishes at home? A  Vespa tour through the Tuscan hills? Or like to create your own signature scent at a Florentine perfumery? Maybe a water colour art class to capture the beauty of your holiday?

DAY 7

​A full spectacular day in Tuscany. We tour the picturesque hills, vineyards and stunningly beautiful historic living ancient towns of San Gimignano, Monteriggioni & Siena. Experience history walking amidst the architecture, customs and culture of these amazing places. There is so much richness to take in that this is truly a day to remember forever. 

 

DAY 8                                                                                          

Florence                                                         Breakfast / Dinner

​After a leisurely breakfast,the day is yours to enjoy. Tour Palazzo Pitti or view Michelangelo’s David at the Galleria del Accademia, maybe relax in The Boboli Gardens – all are within easy walking distance. Be sure to check Tuscan Holidays “playlist” for full range of things to do, see and explore. Meet at the Classic Hotel to join us for authentic Pizza dinner in the hills of Tuscany. 

 

DAY 9                                                                                          

Florence - Rome                                             Breakfast

Say goodbye to the lovely Classic Hotel & Florence as we return to Rome. From hear we will enjoy Rome on a casual personal basis and get ready for our trip to Ibiza

DAY 10                                                                                        

Rome - Ibiza                                                        Breakfast

Today we are picked up and taken to the airport for a sort 2 hour trip to Ibiza. From there we will find ourselves in the ancient part of Ibiza in a beautiful hotel. Enjoy the afternoon to soak up the Spanish culture. Tonight we feast and a nightclub may be on the agenda for a unique experience

DAY 11                                                                                       

Ibiza                                                            Breakfast

Today is a full day to enjoy Ibiza exactly the way you choose. Roam the ancient city and enjoy the small boutiques and bars along the harbour

DAY 12                                                                                         

Formentera                                                   Breakfast / Dinner

Today will see is catch a ferry and travel to little known treasure in the shape of an island called Formentera. Here you will relax your worries away at private untouched beaches, beautiful Spanish restaurants and amazing sunsets

DAY 13                                                                                         

Formentera                                                   Breakfast / Lunch

Another day in paradise. Lets rent a scooter and visit the whole island. Have lunch at a hill top restaurant overseeing the island. Visit the light house and breathtaking cliffs. If you like one lighthouse, you can visit the other. Swim on pristine waters and beautiful white sands. Again, sunset is a must

 

DAY 14                                                                                         

Ibiza                                                            Breakfast / Dinner

​After breakfast, we make our way back to Ibiza and enjoy a leasurly afternoon on the beach. Dine at some amazing coast side restaurants and the night is yours

 

DAY 15                                                                                         

Ibiza - Naples  - Amalfi Coast                        Breakfast

Today we say good by to Ibiza, fly to Naples and then onto the breathtaking Amalfi Coast. Dine with us on a wonderful roof top restaurant / bar​

 

DAY 16                                                                                        

Praiano                                                          Breakfast / Dinner

​Praiano is a little town just south  of Positano. Enjoy breakfast and then we discover the beauty of Praiano and the southern Italian lifestyle.

 

DAY 17                                                                                        

Positano                                                          Breakfast

Today we are in wonderful Positano. Taking an exiting 20min bus trip around and down into Positano. The drivers will amase you. Enjoy the day with sun, beach and food and relax right through to dinner with a view. Late night we make our way home

 

DAY 18                                                                                        

Amalfi                                                               Breakfast / Dinner

Another road trip alow us to experience the spectacular coast line ans we drive south towards Amalfi. The views will take your breath away. Amalfi emerges from the sea and we take the day to enjoy the beach, food and shopping. After a relaxing day, we make our way back to Praiano

 

​DAY 19

A final day in the wonderful Costa Amalfitana. Choose an activity that will highlight your southern Italian experience. From food, wine, limoncello, blue oceans, amazing country side, stunning views..... all for you to choose from. Enjoy.

Amalfi Coast - Rome                                          Breakfast  

Say goodbye to the Amalfi Coast as we return to Rome. Check in to the picture-perfect Boutique Hotel Campo de Fiori in the very heart of ancient Rome.

 

Feel free to stroll the beautiful Campo de Fiori piazza for dinner, enjoying the lovely summer night air. Affogatto? Gelato? It is all right at your doorstep.

DAY 21                                                                                      

Rome                                                                Breakfast / Dinner

Enjoy a casual morning to wind down from our wonderful trip. Enjoy a casual stroll, or enjoy exploring more of Rome such as the St Peters Cathedral and the and the Sisteen Chapel. Our final dinner together is at a quintessential Italian Ristorante in a cobblestone lane-way, walking distance to your hotel. This typical Roman resturant hosts the most wonderful dishes, many traditional to Rome as evident in one of my favourites. Spaghetti Carbonara.
